Why Am I the Only One Who Thinks This is Strange?

So, this guy was skulking around our office today. No one even acknowledged him, even though he seemed to be conducting some sort of lab experiments. I thought maybe he was offering free urine testing. I decided to document it just in case he turns out to be some sort of mad scientist. I told the office manager that she would thank me later.
