I know what you're thinking. You're thinking, Colleen only has one more month in Japan. Why bother with an interpretor now?
Well, because they're paying for it.
I actually got the sort-of approval for the interpretor a month ago but it took this long to actual get someone in. But, she started today. Hot damn and hallelujah!
We had a good day today and I actually feel like I got a few things accomplished. Ami is smart, funny, and speaks perfect English. Woo Hoo!
It felt like a brand new day, so I even took my butt to the gym. I ran (OK, I mostly walked) and then I got myself a shiatsu.
