Apparently, no one is safe. I reported earlier about the "chikan" situation in Tokyo. Just last night, two women were shocked that we didn't have the same problem in NYC. I said I thought we did, but it's not enough to qualify as an epidemic.
Oddly, I came across this news item today. While this is only one perv, can more be far behind?
